Dear, Ashok as per my experience 4ton/day capacity of flour mill is not available because its too small for this kind of industry. My suggestion is you start with chakki plant with capacity 1 to 1.5ton/hrs. once your plant is running with 24x7 then go for expend this.

To conclude I found that profit margin of Rs 50/100 kg is hard to achieve in current market scenarios.
