    i would like to start a maize milling project in my village in fortportal uganda. i have never tried this business and this is going to be my first time on this. i want to know how am i going to set up all this ie the layout of the machinery, where to purchase them, professionals to fix the machinery, my suppliers, quality control procedures, challenges in the business. Secondly, i donot want only mill maize but i want the gill to do other grinding activities like sorgum, millet, dry cassava, fish etc, how am i going to do this? do i need separate machinery or one machine can do all this?
