    @Dusmanta, To make carry bags which are used as shopping bags you will need a film plant ,carona treater, printing machine ,handel fixer. to have a complete set up.The investment will involve 100 lacs including land,building and power and working capital . You will need to invest 35% and seek a ccgtsme loan from nationalised bank who will give you loan without collateral.

    Dear me.suresh baby. You can't directly make granules by recycling cement bag waste first you should feed them into extruder in which die is removed the output will be lumps then you should bring it by grinder since cement bags are made of mostly pp (polyproplene) it will be hard and then you should feed it raw material in another extruder to produce granules it will take 2 process and maximum output for lumps will be 80 kgs per hour and granules 100 kgs per hour - kmpolymers

    @subramanyKannan, The machinery required : Scrap Grinder, wash tub with agitator , agglomerator, strand extruder with cutter. The waste plastic which is sorted as per type and color  is shredded into pieces in the scrap grinder and put in the wash tub. The plastic is cleaned in the agitator which works like a washing machine .The cleaned plastic is air dried till all moisture evaporates. Then the cleaned plastic is put in the strand extruder and cutter chops the strands ito granules. You can make LDPE , HDPE, PP this way. You can colour them by adding masterbatch. The cost of all machines will be around 20.00 lacs.
