@Ahmed Zahran, If you want to start the PET recycling business, it is always better to go step wise. First & beginning is to make good quality flakes. You can start the business with making flakes. The washed, cleaned, dried flakes can be used for making yarn anywhere in the world. At the later stage, you can go for pellets as a value addition. Recyclers of Engg Plastics is a very costly affair and less competition.
The cost of Recycled Polymers differs from impurity levels .
Virgin PP for ex : costs 150 Rs (inclusive of Taxes & Transportation )
Recycled PP ( Low quality ) : 50 Rs
Recycled PP ( High quality) : 100 Rs
Cost of setting up Low quality ; 100 kg /hr would cost : Rs 75 lacs
Cost of settting up a High quality : 200 kg/ hr would cost : Rs 500 lacs
More capital is required for buying Plastics waste .

1.if you can come down to ACCRA for TTM table top meeting, we discuss the future business, you will see the gold, and we negotiate on price and payment terms as well end up signing a contract. then the business begin.
