To all donut lovers that want to be in the donut business. 20 hour days in the beginning are common. The more research you do on your own will help you with the challanges that are coming. You MUST have an experienced donut maker. It takes 6 weeks to learn to roll dough. There are several good videos on youtube and you can buy a dvd from Ed Chastain.
