    As you want to start your Food Business in Malaysia, we just would say simply that we are able to assist you from A to Z of your requirements as your could make your dream possible, if you have determined for the same.

    For such type of business which comes in RETAIL/WHOLESALE BUSINESS category and as you are foreigner, you need to follow following steps:-

    1) Register here your own company (we can do that in your absence here)
    2) Once Company Registered, visit here to find out your proposed location and obtain Tenancy Agreement. (Your own task)
    3) Apply for Business License for proposed business place (We can do this within 10 Days)
    4) Apply for WHOLESALE RETAIL TRADE LICENSE (WRT) for your immigration documents. (We can do this in 03 weeks).
    5) Apply for your own Visa & Work Permit (you can do this, we don't suggest to hire any agent it is waste of money, we can guide you).

    @saranya, it depends on your place. you can start more than 2 restaurants in some cities with 1,000,000 rupees and it is very less to start a restaurant in major places of a city like Mumbai or Delhi. Where you want this restaurant to start?

    I am presently residing in the city of Durgapur, West Bengal,which is the 2nd major industrial city in West Bengal after Kolkata. I have a four storeyed building located in a prime locality, the skeleton structure of which has been completed. I now want to establish a Restaurant/Bar/banquet hall/18 lodging rooms (Single/Double/AC/non AC). The total carpet area in all the floors is approx.10000 sq.ft(2500 sq.ft in each floor) The Gr & 1st Floor (Bar/Restaurant/Banquet) will be centrally AC. whereas the 2nd & 3rd comprising the rooms should be either fitted with split ACs or Casette ACs. As to what kind of paperwork we have to do and the Basic Investments needed? and how to find a indian food vendors to get the inventory.
