    Dear Sir, I want to start small scale industries near Patna Bihar India. After doing lot of R&D on Market research on internet on different product right from Dairy product to Plastic products finally i want to go with making cheap & best plastic product in Bihar market over all over india starting from Bihar. My final aim is make bihar a cheapest product manufacturing place to beat any of the world in terms of quality & price & make Bihar not only hub of India but of the world. It seems impossible at starting but i would like to start with Auto part & mould not for small but for multinational company & compete with Chinese product. My back ground is Mechanical engineer working for top reputed company of India in the filed of Plastic sheet metal & forging casting.

    I also worked for small scale company in delhi & i know everything to start with but if i can get advise from you like, will be morale booster for me. I worked for all major earth moving , I.P companies of the world. I worked for them through outsourced company & i know their standard ASME or ISO . I also do not want to invest much initially want to grow with one molding machine without any loan from bank,. My important question is which Auto part i select will work for me on small 100 to 500 gram parts & which machine i should buy. Could electronics be worthy for me. It could be cheap & best for me.

    From market perspective & from economic perspective which part would be good for me to start over. Since 2005 i have been working in USA on different plastic design work & closely worked with chinese vendor & had tour to China as well so i know machine set up & work culture in Plastic industries. Please Please Pls ........... help me to make one of the poorest place of the world to become better place for everyone of the world. Pls........ help me & give me your course . specially how can i start it with.

    Dear Readers, Its gr8 to know that there is a place like this where we can discuss and seek the suggestions of some sr. and experienced people of the industry. Well i am setting up a Manufacturing unit in West Bengal so i would like to tell you people the process and other things.
    Please note the process which needs to be followed:
    1. Registration Certificate (Trade License)
    2. N.O.C. from local Panchayat / Municipality to establish the unit.
    3. Apply for SSI registration (consent for establishment of the industry) at your nearest District Industrial Center.
    4. Apply for Pollution Certificate at your nearest Pollution Control Board along with 3rd step.
    5. Apply for Electricity (Category - Industrial)
    6. Place orders for the machineries and its auxiliaries.
    7. Get Equipped with some fire fighting measures.
    8. Apply for Professional Tax / Local Sales tax / Excise as applicable.
    9. Search for buyers of your items and get ready for the moulds as required.

    I am in the process of relocating back to Nigeria after over 10-years in North America. My aim is to establish a plastic manufacturing company or soft drink production company in Nigeria. I have secure a developed landed property suitable for setting up either of these company, but I have little or no knowledge about the machinery require for any of the company.     Dear sir, we have a 54000sq. ft land well built, and around 50000sq. ft constructed area in patna main town. we want to sell the land in around 10cr. there is also an expanded polystyrene unit {thermocol plates}running there, if any one interested we can sell that machine also in 3.5 cr.
