    Hello I would like to star a PVC Pipe manufacturing operation in the Rio Grande Valley in south Texas in the USA. I would like to know the average price of the machinery as well as the raw materials needed to start a steady production of 300-400 20 ft tubes ranging from 6-10 inches and a Sch. 40 per month. I would like these tubes to be safe for the handling of potable water. Other useful information would be the man power need to conduct this operation, the size of facility needed to house the equipment and alteration to said facility for the most efficient function of the operation. Also information dealing with permits would be great.
