Dear @Rupeena Shah, Thank you for replying. At the outset let me understand what do you mean by Plastic boards?
1. Hollow pvc boards and profiles used for bathroom doors, ceilings mostly ?
2. PVC foam boards used as partitions and advertising boards ?
3. UPC profiles used in doors and windows?
4. WPC which are wood plastic composites used as outdoor benches, furniture ,tiles, etc?
I am not much aware which of the above is being used in shuttering ? Some pictures can help ,for sure . All these products are very different , involve different technologies and manufacturing costs.Further investments to fabricate them to products alone is a very costly affair depends on the products you wish to make. Kindly clear my basic doubts so that i can advise you better madame..

@kesarwaniyagyesh@gmail.com, it is very difficult to say as the industry is in the hand of traders who make anywhere between 10-25% based on each transaction. It entirely depends on quantity, credit limits he enjoys with the trader. The product is also most important meaning is it a semifinished product or finished or custom made

@ratan singh, Ratan having a good intention is not enough, you need to check practicability. Biodegradability is possible but at what cost? 4-5 times people are not willing to accept. If somebody is offering lesser the product is not truly biodegradable.
India is the lowest plastic user and worlds largest recycler. So keep your worry to rest. US is the biggest user but the use of biodegradable product has met with failure as it needs a separate collection chain .
Dont lose hope, cellulose crystals nano-particles have been discovered and they will replace plastics in a big way and they are biodegradable. Maybe we wont be alive to see them replace most applications in India though. Sleep well dear. Companies like ITC which coat paper to plastics are the biggest scoundrels damaging the environment.

@Vinay Porwal, Dear Vinay, Your background is very important when you want to venture out. However before you invest on plant and machinery nothing stops you from taking orders and supplying customers. There are a lots of entrepreneurs who supply to large companies without owning any machinery of their own. They take orders, get moulds developed buy material and get them processed on job work and supply to the company and ensure payments are received on time.
Technical people like us think only if own everything we have ful control. It is not necessary .That is why business communities rule the business without knowing anything about plastics. It is also seen that people who assure us orders if we set up machinery rarely keep their promises. I support around 10 companies, who are 1st generation entrepreneurs to help them get orders, help them execute and help them earn their livelihoods and help others ern theirs.
Owning everything is a technical guys big hurdle which has to be first got over to succeed in their venture. What you need for taking orders is to just have an proprietary company registered under MSME with sales tax registration and bank account .All can be done with max. 10000 rupees. Jump into it as you have to lose. Surely come back when you are servicing 4-5 orders and have one full machines orders with you. Best of Luck.

@ajith, Plastics bags manufacture has not been banned .Only manufacture of less than 40 micron bags has been banned. In India when a product gets a banned it is an opportunity . Other units from around supply to that market at higher prices. If you meant two colour it means you got two extruders and single die.You can make 2- layer plain film for water, milk packing . Also you can have a foam attachment to make foam film which has good market in TN as puja bags.
Which make of machine is yours? what output ?
Do you have printing facility?
Kindly respond for me to have better clarity.
