    I am a salaried person but wants to start a plastic manufacturing unit in Balasore, Orissa, India. I want to know about the initial capital investment, the license required for setting up such business and the number of workers required for running such business.     sir/mam i want to start a new plant about plastic or paper disposal items. like poly bags, bowl, plates, cup, and more..in a very short level can u suggest what can do for this. bcoz my amount is very less and starting cost is very low. can u suggest starting this plant is good for me or not. and i want to start this in my home town bundi(rajasthan), india... and can u suggest which type of i selling this items..
