Just forget all the above comments. if you want to start recycling business u are not going to get any help out here. just go and do ur own survey. getting of machinery is not such a big deal if u have exact capital with you....u will get machines all over India....be it kolkata,kanpur , delhi or ludhiyana...main tension arises when you look out for right labours for doing this work...I personally suggest u to first look out for labour and workers and then invest in the business.
