Dear friends, We will discuss only recycled plastics bags used for potting plants. Mind you plastic bottles usually are made of PET and cant be recycled into bags. Only Milk pouches and water pouches and plastics shopping bags which are sources of POLYTHENE.

You will need to wash the bags, grind them, dry them, extrude the plastics and cut them into granules .You can mix colours and use black colour for garbage bags and horticultural nursery bags. The granules are put into a 40/50mm blown film extruder and bags are cut to size with the help of a bagmaker.
