@lakshmi , No entreprenuer is trained in manufacturing and there is no training centre that teaches you the process .People who do Btech & Mtech in Plastics also dont end up getting trained in specifics. PET BOTTLES made are of two types depending on application. Single stage and dual stage methods are used .Single stage cost machines are not made in this country. The project costs will be in crores based on what capacity you plan.Dual stage blowers are made in India and the project costs begin from 50 . lacs . You can contact me for further information:

@sayeed ahmed, You please register your company with local DIC office and get a bank account in its name . Get a CA who will do the project report in the location where you are from . The cost of equipment for an average output line is around 15- 25 lacs and project cost would be around 60.00 lacs. what plastics should wish to recycle depend on the plastic waste is available to you locally.

@Sridhar reddy.M, Like so many things in India you cant have the cake and eat it too. There has never been anybody who sets up two projects at the same time . Maybe they could do it one after the other after a gap of minimum 5 years. Why do you need training ? You can never run all by yourself. You will need operators supervisor and workers. So get going if you wish to start. vijai bhaskar

@Arindam sarkar, Here you will need to connect two people .
1. Manufacturers of PP/HDPE Sacks maufacturers who will sell you in kgs in roll form .You will also have to find out the sizes and thicknesses they make.
2. You will meet a number of farmers , traders who pack their grains and pulses in woven sacks. You will check with them the sizes ,thicknesses and quantities they use.
3. You will need 5 suppliers and 100 farmers/traders (customers )
You will need to buy 1/2 heavy duty stitching which can stitch PP/HDPE twine. So then you buy the rolls in kgs and cut and stitch them in sizes that your customers want and sell them in numbers after taking care of incidental overheads and manpower costs. You should be able to sell at the double the cost to keep you profitable. MIND YOU THE PRICES ARE HIGHLY FLUCTUATING. SO DONT STOCK TOO MUCH OR TOO LESS.
