    I have a small poultry farm of about 3,000 layers. I want to expand the business but the most challenging factor is financial support and availability of medicine for there is a disease which right off chicks between 8-4 weeks. This month alone have lost over 500 chicks due to the disease. I'm looking to buy 2-3 hectares and start with 3 buildings that can hold at least 10,000 chickens each (I don't know what the capacity is for a standard size building in the Philippines for the 45 days chicken poultry).     I have an experimental poultry farm of about 2000 layers and 1500 broilers. I recently experienced a high mortality of about 200 layers and about 50 broilers. Now I have a plan to have a 40000 forty thousand birds (layers) elevated poultry house with automatic feeding system.
