@Jay, I will advise you to build it from scratch if you have time and interest. Not only you will do it in lesser cost but also learn a lot about the business in the process of starting it from scratch. If you have more money and less time to manage then buy one and manage it hiring professionals. 30K is good to start with, if you plan to build it then try making 15K capacity sheds. Using latest caging system it will not take more space and you will be more profitable in 45K than 30K birds.
